SMS / Text Messaging Policy

JRD Royalty (jrdroyalty.com) offers SMS text messaging to keep customers informed about orders, promotions, events, and updates.

How You Opt In By checking the opt-in box on our contact or signup form, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from JRD Royalty. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency Message frequency varies based on activity and promotions.

Costs Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Opt Out Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages.

Custom Order Policy

 

All custom orders are nonrefundable.

Prior to production, a digital mock up will be provided for your review and approval. Once you have approved the mock up, that is the exact design that will be produced. Please review carefully before approving, as the approved mock up serves as the final confirmation of your order.

Any discrepancies or issues that are not consistent with the approved mock up must be reported within three (3) days of receipt of your order. Reports made outside of this window may not be eligible for resolution.

All custom orders must be paid in full prior to the start of production. No exceptions.

Production time frames vary per order and will be discussed at the time your custom order is placed. Please note that time frames are longer during peak seasons. Plan accordingly when placing time-sensitive orders.

Shipping Policy

 

Most items in stock will ship within two to three (2–3) business days of order completion. Longer processing and shipping times may occur during peak seasons.  Custom orders will ship once item(s) are complete.

Items will ship via the method selected at checkout. In some cases, JRD Royalty may upgrade your shipping method at no additional cost to ensure timely delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. JRD Royalty is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed off for shipment.

JRD Royalty ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.

Information We Collect We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and payment information when you place an order or sign up for communications.
